Once you have submitted your electronic consultation, your request will be sent to the clinical team where it will be reviewed and assigned the appropriate priority for response based on clinical need.
We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible and on the day for requests requiring urgent same day treatment.
If you have not heard from us, please contact the surgery for an update. We may have attempted to reach you but have been unable to get through. Please also check your phone regularly for any missed calls or messages from us.
