PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP - We need your help to shape the way health services are delivered to your practice.

The NHS belongs to the people and the practice is keen to increase the engagement of local people in the planning and delivery of healthcare.

The patient participation group represents a wide cross section of our patients whether they are regular users of health services or simply have a desire to see local health services improve.

What is a Patient Participation Group?

The group is the means by which the views and opinions of local people can be heard in order to improve two way communication and ensure that services meet the needs of all patients.

Being involved in the group means you may be approached from time to time to give views and comments on proposed changes to the planning and delivery of our services, and being kept informed about local health issues.

If you are interested
